ABOUT FUNDULUS FITNESS
Hello, my name is Benedikt - founder of Fundulus Fitness and your expert for Hyrox & Functional Training.
I am a certified personal trainer and have specialised in two main training areas: Hyrox Training and Functional Training. Both forms of training have different approaches, but pursue a common goal - to make you fitter, stronger and more efficient.
My aim is to help you stick with it in the long term and get the most out of your training - regardless of whether you are preparing for a Hyrox competition or want to improve your everyday fitness with functional training.
Hyrox training is right for you if you like to challenge yourself, have a goal in mind and want to prepare for a specific event. I will help you to train specifically for the competition - focussing on strength, endurance and strategy - so that you are confident, prepared and motivated at the start.
Functional training is perfect if you want to improve your general fitness, mobility, posture or everyday fitness. This training is versatile, individually scalable and ideal for staying healthy and fit in the long term.
With my experience, I will put together a personalised training plan for you that is tailored to you, your everyday life and your goals. I pay attention not only to the correct execution, but also to your motivation, your progress and your personal pace.
What I offer you specifically: You will receive customised 1:1 coaching with a clear focus on Hyrox or Functional Training, depending on which path is right for you. Together we will define your goals and realise them step by step - professionally, motivationally and sustainably.

My free initial consultation offers you the opportunity to get to know me personally and discuss your goals, needs and expectations. I understand that every individual and has different goals. That's why I want to make sure that my personal training program is perfectly tailored to you.
